Thank you for a lovely service, you made us all feel good when you talked about Angie, which you did so well in such a short space of time. All the family were very happy with the service, very professional, relaxed and done in a lovely manner.
Many thanks, Stephen Bloor
I wish to express my sincere thanks for the kind and befitting tribute to my wife Kathleen Mobberley.
At this difficult time with limited number of people the live streaming came over very well and enabled other friends and family to join in the service.
The feed back from them was positive and I appreciate that you manged to fulfill Kath's wishes for her song choice and and nice tribute with the overhead picture slide.
The overall service was professional and meaningful for Kath, and she would thank you for the kind words as she was handed over to the Lord's care.
Ay up Steve,
Thanks for the great service you did for dad. The phone literally hasn't stopped ringing :-)
Loads of people feel uplifted by what you did for us, it was fantastic. The music, the photos, your speech about dad, it was all perfect. Thanks for wearing your jeans mate - it meant a lot!
Never forget you for it.

Thank you for what was described to me as a lovely, thoughtful and engaging ceremony and the helpful, professional service, you provided me with, it made sorting the service a lot less stressful at such a difficult time.
Hope this comment finds you well.
Back in March, you will remember that we contacted you to arrange a funeral ceremony for a family we were caring for at the time. You had been recommended to us by a previous family we had worked with. This has led to us working together a little more since then, and we have been overwhelmed by the level of professionalism and effort you put into the work that you do. We have received unprecedented level of feedback from the families we have served together.
We believed it was only right to share our thoughts with you and to affirm the level of support you have given both to this business and the families in our care. Thank you for embodying our principles and ensuring the families in our care are supported to such a high standard.
We look forward to working with you again.
With very best wishes.

I would like to thank you for making the preparations for mum's funeral service so much easier. Your ability to put into words what we were feeling and then being able to relay them to the family was lovely: YOUR Voice but our words and feelings.
The whole family felt that Mum would have been pleased with how it went. The thistle buttonhole for dad was such a lovely touch.
Thank you again. We came away with good memories.
We felt we had to write to you to thank you for the service you gave for our mum.
We had commented to the undertaker beforehand how impressed we were with how professionally you had handled the process of organising the service, especially under the current circumstances.
But we had no idea the service would be as excellent as it was. It was beautifully orchestrated and delivered. Seamless.
As someone who deals with public presentations daily, I was pleasantly impressed by your skills. I think we held on to your every word. Never attended a funeral like it. Faultless. We felt you should know.
Thank you, Steve,
Stu, Ronnie, Peter, Jo, and Callum.

Every year I sign up for a course, residential and non-residential, which helps me to fine-tune some of my skills and to open my mind to new ideas and innovation.
Over the past year or so, I have noticed a steep rise in people asking for something spiritual, but not necessarily religious – and I appreciate that there is a distinction. So, I am joining a spiritual forum for the weekend in June, to explore this a little more.
Many of the accolades received from families have appreciated the emphasis I place on creating atmosphere, presence, and awareness at ceremonies, but which also respectfully embrace secular and multicultural beliefs.

I am confident the weekend will prove to be fruitful – I will keep you posted.
Just a quick note to thank you for conducting Joan's burial service for us. Kev and I feel the occasion went very well and we also received many positive comments from the family, all due to your input and professionalism.

From my original introduction to Steve initiated by Paul from Coop Funeral Service's in Stone, (who also played a fantastic, caring and compassionate role in my Mum's final journey), Steve... delivered a beautiful, thoughtful and loving eulogy. I and my family and friends could not have had a better last few moments with Mum; with such compassionate and the effortless running of her Cremation, especially at these most difficult and emotional times for us all, heightened by this awful Corona pandemic.
Thank you Steve
